The VoltX Energy Referral Program is designed to strengthen partnerships with our valued partners and customers by offering a simple, rewarding way to share the benefits of clean energy solutions.  Under this eferral program, both the referrer and the referred customers receive exclusive financial incentives, while expanding the VoltX Energy community.

This terms & conditions provide an overview of the VoltX Energy Referral Program, participation criteria, and operational flow — ensuring a transparent, efficient, and compliant referral experience for all participants.

Who Can Refer Participation in the VoltX Energy Referral Program is by invitation only.   Eligible referrers include companies personally invited by a VoltX Energy team member, such as existing clients, business partners, vendors, or authorized resellers. Each participating business will be onboarded and provided access credentials to the referral platform.

Who Can Be Referred Referrals must meet the following basic eligibility requirements:

Referral Validity If a customer is referred by multiple participants, only the first valid referrer whose unique referral link or details were submitted will qualify for the cashback. To ensure proper attribution, the referred customer must submit the correct referral link or business name when completing their sign-up form.

How It Works

Referral Workflow The VoltX Energy Referral Program follows a simple and transparent process that ensures every referral is tracked, qualified, and rewarded efficiently.

Step 1: Unique Link Sharing

Each participating company receives a unique referral link that can be distributed internally to employees or staff members.

Businesses are encouraged to promote their referral link through internal staff bulletins, newsletters, or company-wide email announcements to maximise awareness and engagement.

Step 2: Employee Sign-Up

Employees or staff members use the company’s unique referral link to sign up via the VoltX Energy Portal.

This registration allows VoltX Energy to attribute the referral correctly and apply the $200 discount when the purchase is completed.

Step 3: Qualification & Vetting

Upon receiving the referral submission, VoltX Energy conducts an internal qualification check to confirm eligibility. This includes verifying the residence location, ensuring it falls within VoltX Energy’s service areas, and assessing the customer’s interest and readiness for installation. A VoltX Energy representative will contact the referred lead directly to proceed with consultation and quotation.

Step 4: Conversion & Installation

Once qualified, the referred customer proceeds through the sales process.

When the customer completes full payment and the VoltX Energy Home Battery System is successfully installed, the referral is marked as completed.

Dispute Resolution In the event that two referrers claim the same lead, the referred customer will determine the legitimate referrer associated with their sale. VoltX Energy will honor the customer’s declaration as the final decision in such cases.

VoltX Energy reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Any program changes will be communicated via email or published on the official VoltX Energy website.

Referral Notification & Communication Clause By joining the VoltX Energy Referral Program, both the referrer and the referred customer consent to receive relevant communications regarding the referral process.
